Completion Oil Tools® Mechanical Set-Flex Liner Hanger with J2J® latching mechanism is set by giving right-hand rotation; with fully secured slips enclosed in pocket of cone. It is available in both rotational and Non-Rotational type. Staggered cone design gives maximum bypass area which helps in running in and circulation. Automatic J2J cage feature allows hanger to return to the run- in position, should the hanger set prematurely while running in the well.

The hanger body is made of high quality API 5CT standard materials. With end connections in compliance to API standards or any premium threads as per the customer’s requirement.

Note: Materials suited for H2S or CO2 service are available on request.

Automatic J2J latch provides Quick and Safer run in and reduces risk of premature setting due to uncleaned casing. Tapered roller bearing permits liner to be rotated in the set position for better cement jobs. The Hanger mounts on the outside of the liner pipe which provide high burst/collapse rating to meet a liner rating.

  • Radial Load Distribution– By optimizing the slip/seat bearing surfaces, the load is circumferentially distributed by the slip to the seat. This type of hanger loading protects the liner pipe from collapse load
  • Minimizing Casing Damage– At rated load capacities, the Slip causes no deformation of the pipe in which it is going to be set.
  • Weld Free Construction– The slip-seat design provides a weld free assembly to transmit the liner load to the casing.
